The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Success Manager to join our Operations team. This is a strategic and fundamental position at Wise Pirates and for our operational excellence. The Success Manager is crucial for monitoring the different digital projects and Wise Pirates' clients, as well as the continuous development of our team of "pirates".
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Client and Strategy Management (360° Perspective):
- Ensure the success of each project/client's operations, focusing on meeting defined KPIs and results.
- Closely monitor the client's strategy, having a comprehensive view of their digital projects.
- Collaborate with the team on suggesting new strategies and in-depth analysis of results.
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality assurance, risk management, and team monitoring.
- Build and maintain trusting and transparent relationships with clients, especially with leadership positions, being a point of contact for team management topics, service clarification, and strategy.
- Propose improvements and new suggestions to current processes. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling complementary services.
- Challenge the client to do more and better, including the use of latest tech & AI trends ans possibilities
- Contribute to increase the clients digital and tech maturity and help on mapping use cases for best overall results and increase market share growth;
Leadership and Team Management:
- Directly lead and manage client delivery teams – a group of professionals with skills in different digital platforms and diverse levels of experience.
- Listen, motivate, and follow the growth of the pirates in their journey of growth and evolution within Wise Pirates.
- Agile and lean management capabilities, with efficiency first and human centric approaches
- Conduct constructive feedback sessions with the members of your "capsule". Foster team spirit, identify training needs, and help anticipate and correct errors with a constructive mindset.
Interdepartmental Relationship:
- Work closely with the pivot and the operations team to define strategies, find new solutions for the client, define and achieve KPIs, and overcome difficulties.
- Foster and facilitate contact between the client's internal team and other areas of Wise Pirates (Sales, Analytics, Finance, etc.), providing all the necessary context.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the operation together with the rest of the Success Managers team.
What We Are Looking For in You:
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Economics, Management, Engineering, Arts or similar;
- 5-15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy.
- Proven experience in project and/or team management, preferably in digital marketing agencies or monitoring digital teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trusting and transparent relationships. Proactivity, agility, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Deep Business Understanding and flexible, fast adaptation to different teams and businesses;
- Analytical mindset;
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and previous experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360,etc.
- Familiarity with project management, workspace integrated tools and CRMs (ex: ClickUp, Hubspot, Factorial and Google Workspace) will be valued.
- Knowledge and interest in digital and tech news & innovations, including AI, and marketing trends.
- Knowledge of Cloud and First Party Data is valued.
- Fluency in Portuguese and (Business) English.
