About the Role:

We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist passionate about building scalable workflows, connecting systems, and integrating AI into business processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with low-code / no-code platforms, has a strong grasp of system integrations and APIs, and can translate business needs into efficient automated solutions.

You will play a key role in driving process efficiency across marketing, operations, and business areas, working closely with cross-functional teams. From setting up smart automations in Google Workspace to designing AI-driven workflows with LLMs and human-in-the-loop validation, your work will directly impact the way Wise Pirates and our clients operate.

What we are looking for:

🏴‍☠️Technical Skills

• Proven experience delivering process automations with low-code/no-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalents).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace automations (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
• Familiarity with AI Agents / Assistants in workflows (e.g., OpenAI Assistants API, Dify, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Solid understanding of system integration: REST APIs, Webhooks, native connectors.
• Basic knowledge of JSON, OAuth2, and API keys.
• Data organization and manipulation skills using Google Sheets, Airtable, or Supabase.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) principles in automation contexts.
• Experience embedding LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into workflows.
• Knowledge of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) automations combining people + AI.
