The Role


We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HubSpot or similar platforms, to join our Marketing Automation & CRM team.

This person will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated customer journeys across channels, aligning with both marketing goals and business outcomes. The role demands strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on platform experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build, optimize, and manage automated customer journeys and lifecycle programs (Email, SMS, Push, Workflows).
  • Translate business needs into scalable marketing automation strategies.
  • Work with data from multiple sources (CRM, e-commerce, analytics, CDP) to drive segmentation and personalization.
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to execution across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, data, sales, and tech teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for testing and optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing automation frameworks and best practices.
  • Stay updated on marketing tech trends, automation tools, and privacy regulations.



What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience in email marketing, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Understanding of data flows and marketing automation logic (data extensions, attributes, APIs).
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.


Nice to Have


  • Salesforce or HubSpot certifications
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • SQL, HTML/CSS or AMPScript knowledge.
