You will be responsible for user lifecycle management, security policy enforcement, configuration optimization, and providing expert-level support. You will directly enable our teams (including those focusing on AI, automation, and data) to work effectively and securely, both internally at Wise Pirates and with our clients.
Key Responsibilities

Security & Compliance: Implement, manage, and audit security settings, including enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), monitoring security alerts, managing spam filters, configuring data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and collaborating with the internal team to audit behavior and compliance.
Access & Sharing: Control and audit internal and external sharing policies for Google Drive, ensuring sensitive company data and client files are protected and shared according to established governance policies.
Policy Management: Configure and manage organizational units (OUs), settings, and policies across the entire Google Workspace environment to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks using scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python) to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations with Google Workspace, ensuring secure connections via OAuth 2.0 and API management.
Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex Google Workspace issues related to mail flow, calendar synchronization, Drive access, mobile device management (MDM), and user authentication.
Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize the Google Workspace Admin Console and related tools to monitor system health, audit logs, generate usage reports, and proactively identify potential issues or non-compliance.
Change Management: Communicate upcoming platform changes, new feature rollouts, and best practices to end-users and organizational stakeholders.
