About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and highly analytical GMP / DV360 Campaign Manager to join our media operations team. You will be the expert responsible for the end-to-end execution, management, and optimization of our high-stakes programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, Audio, and Connected TV (CTV) inventory.
This role requires deep, hands-on expertise with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), specifically Display & Video 360 (DV360) for programmatic buying and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) for centralized ad trafficking and reporting. You will translate strategic media plans into precise, efficient technical execution, driving tangible performance results for our clients and ensuring best-in-class operational governance.
Key Responsibilities
DV360 Setup: Lead the full lifecycle of programmatic campaign setup within DV360, including creating Insertion Orders, Line Items, setting bidding strategies (e.g., Target CPA, vCPM), managing pacing, and budget allocation.
CM360 Ad Serving: Own the ad trafficking process using CM360, including uploading and QA'ing creatives, generating placement tags, and managing creative assignment across platforms.
Tracking Implementation: Implement and manage Floodlight tags and custom variables within CM360 to accurately track campaign conversions and site activity, ensuring data integrity for optimization and reporting.
Inventory Management: Secure and manage premium media inventory through Private Marketplaces (PMPs) and Programmatic Guaranteed Deals, ensuring compliance with brand safety and verification standards.
Real-time Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign performance (CPA, CTR, viewability, completion rates) and implement continuous, real-time optimizations in DV360 to ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded.
Audience Strategy: Execute complex audience targeting strategies using first-party data, third-party segments, and Google's audience solutions within DV360.
Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking discrepancies, bidding problems, and creative rejection.
Unified Reporting: Utilize CM360's reporting interface to generate comprehensive, deduplicated performance reports across all channels and platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Enforce strict naming conventions, campaign governance, and quality control checks across all DV360 and CM360 configurations.
Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate campaign status, performance insights, and technical complexities to non-technical media strategy and client service teams.
What we are looking for
Technical Skills
Minimum 2 years of dedicated, hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns using Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Expert Proficiency in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) for ad trafficking, tag generation, and Floodlight implementation.
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including Real-Time Bidding (RTB), DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and various ad formats (Standard, HTML5, Video/VAST/VPAID).
Solid grasp of digital media metrics (CPM, CPC, vCPM, CPA, ROAS, Viewability) and their application in campaign optimization.
Understanding of strategic metrics, such as Engaged Sessions, Microconversions, CAC, LTV, OmniROAS and similar;
Understanding the connections and relations of Digital & Marketing Metrics with Business Metrics;
Familiarity with ad verification and brand safety solutions (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat).

Nice to Have
Experience with other GMP products (Search Ads 360, Google Analytics 360, Studio).
Certification in DV360 and/or CM360.
Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for creative quality assurance or tag implementation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
Experience with final clients in an agency our consultancy company role;
