About the Role

We are looking for a digital native with a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of business, and an innate ability to interpret numbers. The ideal candidate can translate complex data into clear, easy-to-understand information and write insightful marketing and business reports.

A fundamental understanding of digital marketing programs and technologies is essential, as is the ability to develop, audit, and test campaigns to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).


What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and visualization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of databases and an understanding of Data and Analytics Engineering concepts.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and provide data-driven consulting to clients.
  • Experience in formulating hypotheses to optimize KPIs and collaborating with clients and internal teams on defining data requirements.
  • Aptitude for improving data transparency and accessibility, enabling rapid adaptation of products to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of customer journey optimization, conversion funnel, e-commerce, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to collaborate with the data team and collectively improve the analytics area.


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with SQL and Google BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of Python or Javascript for data processing and visualization.
